My Approach

I work using an integrative approach which means I'm able to incorporate a variety of techniques and approaches, tailoring sessions to your individual needs, rather than using a 'one size fits all' approach. The way I practice is influenced by but not limited to the below approaches.

The therapeutic environment I provide is one of acceptance, no judgement or pressure and taking things at your pace. If this is what you're looking for, please contact me and we can book an initial consultation.
